IMPORTANT INFROMATION
PAYMENT: Full payment is required before production begins. We do not split payments or accept person-to-person methods like Cash App.
REFUNDS & EXCHANGES: No refunds, returns, or exchanges are accepted once production begins.
PRODUCTION COMMENCEMENT: Production starts upon payment confirmation (excluding weekends) for garments we supply and mockup approval. Ordering samples beforehand is recommended before completing bulk orders for quality assurance.
TRADEMARK & COPYRIGHT: We're not liable for trademark or copyright infringements. Fraudulent activity will be prosecuted.
SHIPPING LIABILITY: Claims for missing or damaged packages should be made directly to the shipping carrier. We're not responsible for shipping errors or inaccuracies.
TURNAROUND TIME: Estimated turnaround times may change due to unforeseen issues. (i.e: mechanical issues/supply issues). Orders typically take 1-2 weeks to process and be delivered, depending on the quantity of garments and chosen blanks. Processing time may vary due to supplier location.
ARTWORK: We're not liable for artwork changes, size variations, incorrectly sized designs on submitted artwork. We do not and will not edit/alter any artwork once submitted. All artwork is printed as is. It is your job to proof your artwork for errors.
